Supportive, social, and collaborative team About the role: We are looking for an Administration Assistant looking to grow their career ready to step up and assist our Corporate Teams Executive Assistant. In a high performing busy environment, you will build strong relationships with our stakeholders and manage all calendar activity for our executives. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Manage and maintain schedules, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents; Answer incoming calls and support reception when required Assist with preparation for Board Meetings, including compiling and distributing Board Papers; Manage official VIP luncheons including all guest list management Draft correspondence, prepare meeting papers, agendas and other documents. Format information for internal and external communication About You: If you have a proven track record in Administration and portray a friendly, confident and can-do attitude, then this might be the role for you Must have 3 years prior experience as an Administration Assistant Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading capability Agile approach to work load, with the ability to manage changing priorities per level of importance Highly developed organisational and time management skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with ability to learn new software and systems An engaging communicator with superb writing ability and verbal communication skills Possess exceptional listening and interpreting skills A dynamic and pragmatic approach to complex solutions Highly personable, with the ability to build and nurture relationships, both internally and externally Please note: A pre-employment criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process.
