About The Opportunity Programmed Facility Management (PFM) are seeking a Reporting & Compliance Administrator to offer administrative support to the HSEQ & Compliance teams for a large-scale social housing services contract. The primary responsibilities include managing KPI reporting data, maintaining the HSEQ database, aiding in publishing and overseeing documentation, and distributing HSEQ notifications. This permanent, full time role based in Parramatta NSW, plays a crucial part in cultivating our ‘Zero Harm’ culture and contributing to important services for the community. Key responsibilities Ensure adherence to Programmed FM quality systems and processes. Complete all administrative tasks promptly and accurately. Safely store information and documentation in line with confidentiality and security policies. Generate reports within specified timeframes and quality standards. Monitor contract-specific reporting and address administration issues. Facilitate effective communication within the team. Monitor and address exceptions, escalating as needed. About You To be successful in this role, you will have strong administration experience and ideally HSEQ and compliance reporting. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Administration certificate or qualification desirable, not essential. Strong communication skills. Acute attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
