Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Part Time and Remote OK — The Rocks, Sydney

This is a remote position. ABOUT THE ROLE: REBORN has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This can be a remote position available to anyone globally. With a strong focus on driving growth for our clients, you will lead and implement paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Implement: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels. Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of paid campaigns, including budget allocation, campaign optimisation, and ad creative testing. Performance Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise landing pages, ad copy, and audience targeting for maximum conversion rates. Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and revenue attribution. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy and Creative to align paid performance initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. Industry Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and incorporate new strategies to enhance effectiveness. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of success in performance marketing and e-commerce. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid media campaigns to drive e-commerce sales and revenue growth. Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and tools such as GA4, GTM, CM360. Experience with CDP's and ETL tools highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem Solving: Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving measurable business impact.
