We require a Lead Electrical Engineer / Design Manager to join our Perth / Welshpool based design team, contributing & coordinating design on major international Copper projects that ECG has been driving from study phase. Key Requirements Have a solid understanding of technical (E, I&C) principals relating to the large industrial & complex operational assets that our clients own and operate. Experience in the interface between client expectation & technical project delivery with Tier 1 Miner. Relevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification Experience co ordinating / driving specialized electrical teams, on front end greenfield and brownfield development projects with complex electrical scope LV design experience (LV MCC design, protection & co-ordination studies) Major project design experience throughout the design cycle Experience / exposure to project delivery, driving a job, occasionally working across multiple projects Understand the complexity of project development process for tier 1 miners Provide specialized advice and guidance to client The ability to contribute / influence in a meeting; exercises good judgment on how to contribute, and collaborative behavior The role will be primarily Perth based with meetings at Welshpool as required, working with established design teams, as well as the coordination of works from our engineering office in Manila.
