The Company This Australian owned and operated manufacturing business has been around for 60 years and have locations all across the country and are major suppliers to local and overseas markets. Their range of products and brand names have become leaders within the industry. The Role Reporting to senior management, this role will see you take ownership of the payroll process. This is a permanent part-time role, working every Tuesday, Wednesday and flexible with the third day. Your duties will include: Weekly pays for four areas of the business Update changes to renumeration Set up new employees, complete terminations and separation certificates Process monthly superannuation calculations and reconcile Prepare annual PAYG payment summaries and submit to the ATO Prepare weekly payroll report Oversee company credit cards and motor passes/Etags General administration and support as required You: To secure an interview, you must possess the following: Ability to take full ownership Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Proven experience as a Payroll Officer Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes Solid understanding of awards and EBA's What's on Offer: Permanent part-time opportunity Tuesday's, Wednesday's a must.
