Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something amazing – travel As the Senior UX/UI Designer you'll contribute to the design of customer friendly, engaging and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities. In line with industry best practice and standards, you will create features and products that holistically balance the needs of our customers and the business. If you'd like to be part of our PM&E (Project Management & Engineering) Leisure team, where you can contribute to the design of products that embody core user experience principles, please apply Day to day: Contribute to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs from project inception, through to build and launch Assist with the creation of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user journeys and workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Be responsible for conducting user research activities including interviews, contextual enquiries, A/B testing, surveys, and metrics analysis. Planning and conducting face-to-face and remote usability studies of existing and proposed designs, and documenting recommendations for improvement. Conducting heuristic reviews of existing workflows and documenting recommendations for improvements. Work independently as well as in cross-functional teams Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes and UI designs Plan and conduct UX research to seek insights into customer behaviour and needs Validate design decisions and concepts with data and user testing Identifiy and troubleshoots UX problems Liaise and present work to get buy-in on project initiatives with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet both customer, consultant, and business requirements Mentoring other designers and contributing to UX team processes and initiatives Work with product managers, product owners and engineers to gather and evaluates requirements Identify, understand and communicate issues, problems, and opportunities You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 4 years experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer Experience with Figma, Sketch, XD or similar Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis Experience using and contributing to a design system Strong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinking methodologies and techniques Strong skills in foundational UI design What you'll enjoy Tick destinations off your bucket list with our discounts on travel and accommodation.
