Description As a Part-Time Marketing Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with a range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Marketing Manager and team members, preparing presentations for meetings and conferences, and managing orders for promotional materials. You will also handle phone inquiries, update website content, maintain customer records in the database, and organise image files for the brand. Additionally, you will manage daily invoicing, prepare budget spreadsheets, and assist in creating seamless handling of requests. Profile The Ideal candidate for the Marketing Administration Assistant possesses previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid grasp of marketing principles, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must exhibit high initiative, adept problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to manage diverse tasks effectively, all while maintaining meticulously accuracy and attention to detail. Essential: Must have previous experience within a similar role with a sound understanding of marketing principles. Essential: Advanced understanding skills in Microsoft Office Software and Adobe Creative. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills. Administration organisational and customer service skills. High initiative, follow up, and problem-solving skills. A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
