Help us make energy better About the role: The purpose of this role is to support the Retail Markets team through comprehensive analysis and communication of business trends, delivering accurate forecasts and performance reporting. You will develop trusted, strategic relationships and partner closely with stakeholders across the business, including General Managers. In this role, you'll be: collaborating with General Managers and their teams to deliver insightful, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while providing high-level analytical support and strategic advice preparing and consolidating OPEX, Capex, and FTE budgets; including presenting forecasts and budgets to stakeholders leading monthly performance reporting for various financial metrics and identify and communicate trends, risks and opportunities mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members to uplift capabilities and build a culture of engagement. Ideally, you'll bring to the role: degree in commerce, economics, accounting, or a related numeric discipline. CA/CPA/FINSIA/CFA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent) strong understanding of accounting, finance, and legal principles demonstrable experience as a Business Partner in a fast paced and complex environment resilience, confidence, and a natural flair for building strong and trusted relationships.
