About us We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic educators to join an experienced team in a welcoming and small council operated long day care centre that provides quality Education and Care in a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged up to 6 years. Qualifications & experience Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or relevant discipline Hold NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Early Childhood Teacher accreditation Current First Aid Certificate (compulsory to have and maintain) Current Accredited Emergency Asthma Management Training (compulsory to have and maintain) Current Accredited Anaphylaxis Management Training (compulsory to have and maintain) Tasks & responsibilities Develop and implement programs which meet the developmental, cultural and individual needs of all children attending the Centre. Be actively involved with children as individuals and as a group, assisting them to cope with daily routines and to develop their basic skills. Uphold the regulations as determined by the relevant State and Federal Departments. Be involved with the National Quality Standard (NQS) process Hours Based on a 35 hour week with actual days and times being worked in accordance with facility roster, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
