Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and managing contracts, including subcontractor agreements and change orders, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations. Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Work closely with the Director to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, while updating project records as needed. Ensure project quality standards are met through regular inspections and adherence to quality control processes. Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels. About You: 2 - 4 years of construction experience, in High-end luxury residential and Commercial construction Multi Residential Projects within Australia. Experience must be on Projects over $20 Million and multi-res A solid grasp of local construction processes, contract administration, and bonus points for estimating experience. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. The capacity to thrive both independently and as a team player.
