Expressions of Interest: Recruitment | Mobilisation | Projects Rosters: 8 days on /6 days off and Monday to Friday Location: Wembley Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time About the roles We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team in the below roles. Mobilisation/Recruitment Administrator (8 days on / 6 days off): Hybrid position where you will be responsible for assisting the mobilisation team while helping to coordinate personnel across projects, shutdowns and ADHOC works. Mobilisation Administrator (8 days on / 6 days off): Coordinate and manage project mobilisation activities, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations in executing our Project and Shutdown works. With over 1 000 employees on-site, you will be responsible for all aspects of mobilisation for both current and new employees. Operations Administrator – OLE (Monday to Friday): Providing administrative support to our Overheads Team; including coordinating flights and accommodation, onboarding new employees to site, addressing payroll enquiries and handling any ad-hoc duties as requested by our OLE Superintendent and Resource Coordinator. Account Manager (Monday to Friday): Maintaining client relationships with one of our major clients in the Pilbara, by understanding their Labour Hire needs and driving growth by managing the account effectively. Simultaneously, you will also be the main point-of-contact for all our Labour Hire personnel working on-site and assisting with their enquiries. Recruiter (Monday to Friday) : Build successful business relationships with clients and applicants, including full screening, due diligence, interviewing, and registering candidates. Additionally, schedule and mobilise candidates while managing a busy job board. Skills & experience Previous experience in similar roles (desirable).
