The part time roster of 67.5 hours fortnightly rotates between Tuesday-Saturday one week and Monday-Thursday the next week to ensure you get every second weekend off The successful applicant will have previous retail experience as they will be accountable for the end to end operations of the store. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative. Once you have joined the Black Pepper family, you will not be alone. A complete induction program and continuous professional development covering all areas of management are provided - we want you to succeed What will your day look like with us: Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goals Understanding our customers' needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel great Supporting internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store Managing monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets Elevate Merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store.
