Introduction We are seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Combination (HC) Drivers to join one of our clients based in Coombabah. As an HC Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a professional with a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle large vehicles in various conditions. Your new role Operate HC vehicles, including heavy trucks and trailers, to transport goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving. Always ensuring the truck is safely loaded and unloaded. Plan routes effectively, considering traffic, weather conditions, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and any incidents. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of vehicles. Who are you Valid HC Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to operate GPS systems and other navigation tools. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent time management skills and punctuality. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
