Competitive rates, bonuses, training, overtime weekend work available Work Close to home- Eastern Creek Depot 2-3 weeks of paid training, full PPE work phone provide About The Role: Based at our Eastern Creek depot, our rear lift Truck Drivers are responsible for providing reliable and courteous transportation services to customers with safety being a top priority. Duties Include: Manage compliant loading of waste bin containers for the purpose of transport Operate and maintain company owned transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy Perform and record daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary Adhere to driving hour restrictions & fatigue management requirements where applicable Report incidents and preparing accident and incident reports as necessary About You: Possess a current and valid NSW HR licence Must have a minimum of 12 months truck driving experience - operating a or rear lift HR truck is an advantage Have full working rights Have a clean and recent driving record Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as required Superior customer service and communication skills Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive can-do attitude What we offer you as a GOgetter: Weekly pay Full PPE Uniform and work phone Potential of hourly productivity bonuses for experienced Drivers Learning and development with accredited training programs Point based recognition program to redeem on gift vouchers, retail products and much more Physical, social, and psychological well-being support through our Employee Assistance Provider to you and your family, free and 24/7 The recruitment process: Please note applicants for this role will be subject to an interview, driver trial and pre-employment checks including a medical assessment with drug and alcohol testing and a driver history check.
