As the UX Designer, you will undertake key projects that uplift the digital experience for our customers and financial advisers. You will engage with various stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and our customer needs, to develop prototypes of digital experiences for customer portals, chat bots, onboarding, and new product applications. You will drive the end-to-end UX process, incorporating research into design, and testing. Important to your success - let's grow together Previous experience in a UX Design role using Figma, with strong skills in wireframing & prototyping. Strong knowledge of responsive web and predominant design patterns, awareness of emerging mobile experience trends, with keen eye for detail and usability/accessibility standards. Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate your ideas and overall design decisions to a variety of key non-design stakeholders. Exposure to CSS web page application, and working in an Agile environment, advantageous. Belong.
