A rapidly expanding Financial Services Co. based in Melbourne CBD, are looking for Customer Service superstars to join their expanding team. A national Financial Services Co. boasting an excellent industry and cultural reputation, are seeking several Customer Service superstars to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis. This role has a strong possibility of becoming permanent, or extending if that's what you're looking for. They're growing and are looking for Customer Service focused individuals to join their rapidly expanding Contact Centre. You will act as the point of contact for customers, assisting them with enquiries, while delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the People Leader, you will look after; • Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding their accounts and general enquiries • Maintaining accurate customer files via detailed notes in the system • Consistently upholding the highest standards of customer service • Managing general administrative tasks as required • Conducting specific data entry and inquiry tasks as assigned • Providing answers to inquiries based on a comprehensive understanding of the services offered You will ideally have; • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call centre or a financial services background • A proactive approach and drive, accompanied by the ability to learn quickly and adapt • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in computer skills, including the MS Office Suite and tech-savvy • Detail-oriented, problem solving orientation • A friendly and proactive approach to interactions and tasks • Ideally experience in a regulated industry such as insurance or finance (not essential) Background checks are part of this Recruitment process.
