Client Details Our client manages the arterial road network, delivers road safety initiatives, and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services. An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service/Licence Testing Officers within our clients Frankston team. You may be required to work in surrounding branches too such as Dandenong, Dromana and Pakenham upon if required. Full training is provided and will be working in a supportive work environment. Description The role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licensing customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centres. The role is also responsible for the conduct of customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration service. You must have a full clean Victorian Driver Licence, and available to work 5 day per week for approximately 20-38 hours week; you may be on call for days you are not rostered to cover available shifts. Profile To be successful in the position you will have: Excellent customer service experience (face to face) A current Victorian FULL drivers license with a clean driving history Must be available to work over a 5 day roster averaging 20-38 hours per week Confident in using computers and navigating a variety of systems Excellent attention to detail and administration skills Prepared to work in busy environment Happy to undergo background checks including a police check Fully covid vaccinated and able to provide evidence Available to start ASAP Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
