Responsibilities include: Handle incoming reservation inquires via phone, email and online channels Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their needs and preferences Process reservations accurately and efficiently in our reservations system Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
