Contact person Savannah Burkin Contact details (07) 3646 1723 Access the National Relay Service About the role Temporary part time opportunity to provide and coordinate high level, efficient, professional, and confidential administrative support and services within Patient Flow Services, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) to facilitate the achievement of service goals. Support and enhance the Patient Flow team with a responsibility for undertaking data analysis, data modelling and data visualisation through the development of reports and dashboards. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Coordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources to provide efficient and effective administrative services. Contribute to development of databases, performing data extraction and analysis to maintain accuracy and integrity of information in databases. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software programs such as QHERS, Power BI, S4HANA, myHR, Workbrain, DSS, TMS, HBCIS and Data Insights Hub. Manage and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery including monitoring staff workloads, providing assistance and training as required, responding to enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
