Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Officer for the position of Vehicle Coordinator. This is a temporary 7-month maternity leave position, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a reputable large mining client. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, and allocation of vehicles. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the vehicle fleet. Communicate with internal staff and external service providers to ensure smooth vehicle operations. Assist with general administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a vehicle coordination or logistics environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence Ability to work autonomously and in team environments under pressure Have unlimited working rights in Australia Be able to supply 2 current work references Be able to pass a pre-employment NSW Order 43 medical and drug & alcohol test Willing to complete a criminal history check Benefits: Competitive salary.
