About the role Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic customer-focused setting? We're seeking an experienced Storeperson to step into a Customer Service role with warehousing duties to join us at our Karratha branch, where ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction is our priority. Working hours are 7.30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will receive a $33,000 annual remote living allowance, additional to salary. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling incoming calls and inquiries promptly and courteously • Facilitating the quotation process and ensuring seamless order placement and delivery • Collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience • Managing product procurement to meet customer demands • Completing general administrative tasks to support operations We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
