Your new role Lodge new claims via information received by email, phone calls or other medium Make decisions regarding liability and risk Achieve and maintain individual and team KPIs Be proactive in resolving customer objections Resolve customer escalations up to the prescribed authority level Ensure client’s needs are addressed throughout the entire process Ensure all tasks are management efficiently and on time Managing Business Delivery and Results What you'll need to succeed Analytical and objection handling skills Exceptional telephone manner Ability to provide routine customer service and resolve client issues including those caused by cost variations, insurance issues, policy matters, repair time and work standards. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to document outcomes for continuous improvement.
