We are looking for an Administration Assistant dedicated to delivering top-notch and accurate administration support to our Warehouse Manager and Supervisors, and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include; but not limited to: providing accurate and timely administration, reporting and office function support to the Management team Management of internal and operational purchasing and invoicing, including purchase orders Processing and distribution of ingoing and outgoing mail Site Service/Maintenance - Site induction for contractors/subcontractors before coming onsite Customer Service - Stakeholder engagement & relationship management with suppliers, management of customer invoices, and customer freight invoice allocation (freight montioring) Other ad hoc duties About You To be successful you must possess the following: Experience in a similar role (warehouse, stock control, administration or inventory experience highly regarded) Strong customer focus Excellent communication skills & attention to detail Proficient in MS Office SAP experience (Preferred) Why should you join us?
