Who are we looking for? We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Sydney Management & Administration team. This role is integral to the overall success of GHD by providing administration support to a diverse range of business groups across. To be successful, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a great understanding of MS Office suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint), outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Providing Project and Administration support for the many business groups sitting across the Sydney Region (Transport, Environment, Energy, Water, Property & Buildings). Formatting and compiling proposals, reports, and CV's. Working in a dynamic environment, alongside a supportive and diverse team. Supporting the reporting and claims for travel arrangements. Coordinating and organising for staff, client meetings and office functions. Taking minutes for high-level management meetings. What you will bring to the team: Demonstrated and significant experience with Microsoft Suite (particularly Word & SharePoint). Highly developed written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail. Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the keenness to liaise with all people and stakeholders within the office. The ability to build rapport with stakeholders and work effectively within a large team environment. A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
