Duties will include: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in insurance administration, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness in managing insurance-related tasks. Assist with managing fleet vehicle bookings, arranging transport and database updates to support office operations efficiently. All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) Calendar management Greet all clients and customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner Assisting contractors with safety inductions and enquiries General administration Do you have what it takes… You will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience performing in a reception / administrative environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, proactive and organised and have great communication skills.
