Position Profile: The Administrative Assistant manages the day-to-day administrative support to the Respiratory Department in conjunction with the Head of Department. Responsible for ensuring the provision of an administrative and secretarial service to support the functions of the Head of Department and of the Consultants of Respiratory Medicine. Receives and responds to requests for information as required. Liaises with staff of the Division and with a range of other staff and stakeholders within and external to EMHS. Facilitates all aspects of clerical staff work including supervision and training.
