We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Sales to join our team based in Carole Park About your new Company With a national network across Australia, Cooper Fluid Systems provides hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, fire suppression and fluid transfer solutions to customers throughout Australia. If it involves moving oil, grease, water, air, or fuel, we take pride in being able to design a system for it. We are recognised as an industry leader across the mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and defence industries. About your new role We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Sales to join our team based in Carole Park. In this role, you will report to the Branch Manager and your key responsibilities will include: Interpret customer’s needs and translate to product specifications via face-to-face, telephone or email communication; Provide exceptional customer service by processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner; Building customer relationships and promoting excellent levels of customer service; Liaise with Regional Territory Managers to promote future sales growth with customer leads; Provide quotations and maintain pricing on customer’s orders; Stock enquiries from internal (branch network & workshop) and external customers'; Ensure continuous improvement to service levels internally and externally; Monitor branch emails and external customer EDI imported orders as required; Assist the stores with goods inwards/outwards as required; and Actively participate in product training sessions as required. About you: You will have prior experience in a customer focused role, within an industrial environment. It would be extremely beneficial if you also had hydraulics knowledge, however this is not essential. Additionally, you will have: A professional approach to timely and professional response to customer enquiries and quotes; Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs; Prior exposure to D365 would be extremely beneficial; The ability to coordinate changing priorities; and The ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
