We are looking for experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solution designer to join our team. As a senior Solution Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust and scalable solutions that meet our current business needs while also paving the way for future improvements and leveraging the latest technologies. Your expertise in solution design, technical guidance, and collaboration will be instrumental in the successful implementation of ISO20022 compliance project, with focus on providing end to end High Level Solution Designs. Responsibilities: · Develop comprehensive and detailed solution designs, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability, while adhering to architectural principles and industry best practices. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment, effective communication, and seamless delivery of solutions. · Create clear and concise documentation, including design documents, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications, which are easily understandable by applications designers and developers. · Provide expert technical guidance and support to development teams wherever required. Knowledge: · Deep understanding of microservices architecture, including API design, inter-service communication patterns. · Good understanding of the various architecture styles and their applicability in terms of Non-functional requirements · Working knowledge of integration patterns and the underlying technologies involved, such as Queues, Publish/Sub and batch · Good working experience of various Database technologies · Good understanding of Cloud technologies · Good understanding of security concepts and how to apply them · Good understanding of event-driven architecture principles and frameworks such as Apache Kafka. · Experience working on compliance projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy and security standards. · Familiarity with ISO20022 messaging standards and experience designing solutions that align with these standards (nice to have). Experience: · At least 5 years of working experience in the similar role. · Proven experience in crafting architectural designs into viable solution designs. · Experience in integrating diverse systems using industry-standard integration patterns and technologies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions. · Ability to think innovatively and keep up with emerging technologies and trends. · Familiarity with SWIFT payments and experience working with banking systems (nice to have).
