Your Role • Key leadership role, oversee a large retail portfolio in the South Region • Opportunity to make a difference in a purpose-led organisation • Not-for-profit tax-free benefits, increasing your take home pay. The Regional Retail Manager is vital to the successful operation of the Vinnies retail network in the South Region, base location either in Wollongong or Campbelltown. The role will provide strategic direction towards building high performing teams and achieving the overall objectives within the region. Your role is critical to generating revenue to support Vinnies good works.Your Responsibility • Provide strategic leadership to the South retail region's operations to ensure continuous growth • Develop and implement innovative retail strategies that improve profitability, reduce costs, enhance productivity and promote environmental sustainability • Oversee volunteer and staff recruitment, induction, training and engagement • Support a customer-centric culture and professional inclusive volunteer-centres approach within shops • Support the logistics and distribution program to ensure consistency in practice across the region • Support the development and management of online initiatives for retail and commercial expansion e.g. online store etc) • Ensure a safe working environment for members, staff and volunteers.You Will Need • Relevant qualifications in business, management • Proven experience and successful leadership in large retail outlet operations and understanding of supply chain and distribution • Proven exceptional people management skills including motivating, coaching, training and development. • Demonstrated ability to review and analyse business data and analytics for effective reporting and decision-making • High-levell understanding of current issues facing the retail sector and not-for-profit industry. • NSW Driver Licence.Apply Now If you have questions about this role, please email to virginia.boydvinnies.org.au.
