We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Operations & Customer Centre in Seven Hills. This role will administer our customer feedback and complaints management systems and processes. As a first point of contact, Customer Service Representative will provide CDC’s customers with a positive experience through the delivery of timely and reliable customer information and responses to their queries.
