ABOUT THE ROLE As an Airfreight Pricing and Customer Service operator, you will be crucial to our Airfreight team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing key accounts, quoting, costing, and securing work. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced airfreight operator or customer service representative to transition into a commercial position with clear paths for career growth. DUTIES • First point of call for rate enquiries across Australia • Source and quote rates with various airlines and overseas agencies • Ability to work with CW1 in a paperless environment • Ensure new and existing relationships are maintained SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 5years working in Airfreight Freight Forwarding • Previous experience with CW1 software a imperative • Experience in CW1 order management & schedule maintenance • Ability to source, quote and secure new business COMPANY CULTURE Invested in technology, this team is young and dynamic with a strong and varied culture.
