Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator — North Ryde, Ryde Area

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join this team. In this role, you will work in the Operations team and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. About the role: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in a timely and professional manner; Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and prompt order fulfilment; Assist on projects with key clients; Manage installation and upgrades for a variety of products; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions; Attending on site product training; Reporting for internal and external customers; Coordinate and oversee order fulfilment process, from order entry to delivery; Liaise with suppliers and other parties to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods; and Communicate with key providers to ensure the execution of project delivery timelines. About you Proven experience in customer service and logistics coordination; Highly organised and can meet project deadlines; You enjoy being busy and have solid technical skills; Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
