About you Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Software Engineer; which includes hands on experience with AWS, Java/Kotlin, Microservices, event driven architecture and databases You're a critical thinker who understands complex business logic and can convey this in simple terms with solutions You enjoy working with agile ways of working Experiencing working as a mentor or coach, whether in professional or personal setting Good listening and communication skills, and able to share constructive feedback An inquisitive nature that helps to challenge established ways of doing business, to achieve the best outcomes at Reece If this feels like the right fit for you, apply now
