Customer Service Team Leader — Bayswater, Knox Area

With a loyal client base, they have experienced significant growth and require an experienced customer service person to lead the team. Role This is a fast-paced role, where you get to utilise your skills and experience and be part of a dynamic, friendly and supportive team. Day to day responsibilities will include: Optimise team productivity and develop a culture of continuous improvement Liaising with customers via telephone and email Maintain strong relationships with key accounts Identify sales opportunities through existing client base and leads generated through internal system Assist Customer Service officers with order input, queries and credits when required You To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following: Prior customer service experience, ideally within a FMCG or retail environment Strong administration skills - savvy with picking up new systems quickly and fast data entry/typing Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Top notch time management, organisational and attention to detail Can do attitude, reliable and willing to go the extra mile What's on Offer?
