Responsibilities: As a Travel Consultant specializing in international and domestic travel, you will be responsible for: Client Consultation : Engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific requirements for both international and domestic travel. Destination Expertise : Keeping up to date of the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination highlights for various international and domestic locations. Itinerary Planning : Crafting customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities, to meet and exceed client expectations. Booking Management : Coordinating and booking international and domestic flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Customer Service : Providing excellent customer service throughout the travel process, from pre-departure to post-trip, and addressing any client concerns or issues promptly. Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding sales targets by actively promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services.
