As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success. Conduct site assessments, inspections, and surveys to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving any design or construction challenges that may arise. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in civil construction management, preferably within the Australian construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
