Responsibilities: Pre-Construction Management: Assist in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities, ensuring thorough preparation for upcoming projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement pre-construction strategies. Financial Planning: Support the financial planning process by assisting in budgeting, estimating, and forecasting for pre-construction phases. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client and supply chain vendors during the pre-construction phase, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure working environment during pre-construction activities. Team Support: Assist Project Managers, providing support in various pre-construction tasks. Documentation Quality: Control the quality of pre-construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Communication: Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders during the pre-construction phase. Risk Identification: Identify and report risks relevant to the pre-construction phase, while adhering to ethical practices. Assist in Project Closeout: Support in ensuring proper closeout procedures are followed for pre-construction activities. Client Interaction: Assist in client interactions related to pre-construction planning. Your Experience: 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Exposure to pre-construction phases and processes. Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, and forecasting for construction projects. Strong organisational and communication skills.
