You'll be at the forefront of content design, focusing on the needs and behaviours of users to ensure that every piece of content meets the highest standards of clarity, engagement, and accessibility. Your contribution Develop and design user centric online content, ensuring seamless user experiences across Queensland Health's digital platforms. Contribute to either digital transformation projects to deliver new websites or work on our department site and intranets, developing content and supporting our distributed web publishers. Implement content design strategies that adhere to best practices, enhance online branding, and meet stringent style and accessibility standards. Analyse user behaviour to inform content decisions, ensuring each piece aligns with our strategic vision and the Queensland Health information strategy. What you'll need: As a senior content designer, you'll be responsible for creating, evaluating, updating and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey. Experience writing and designing content that meets user needs and making complex language and processes easy to understand. A keen understanding of user experience principles and web accessibility guidelines (WCAG). A track record of delivering content that resonates with users and achieves organisational goals in a fast paced environment. A collaborative spirit, capable of working on multiple projects within a multidisciplinary team and mentoring colleagues in best practices for content design.
