HR Administrator — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

Our client is a reputable textile brand located in Epping and Collingwood who are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team asap. About the role: An exciting opportunity exists for an HR Administrator to join the supportive business. You will be reporting to the HR Manager; you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of the HR activity including recruitment, administration, training and development, safety, employee induction, and general support in line with the business objectives. You will be incredibly organised and efficient, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. You will have an appetite to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment. You will be required to attend the Collingwood office once a fortnight. Tasks include but are not limited to: Assisting with the day-to-day function of the HR department Providing support to the Managing Director and HR Manager with project work Assisting with performance reviews Preparation of inductions for new employees Providing Recruitment assistance Aiding in the coordination of company events Ensuring compliance is adhered to Liaising with external training partners Updating the database Acting as a Health and Safety representative Other adhoc duties as directed Key skills and attributes required for the role: Tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline. Experience in a HR Administration role Proven ability to deliver administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner The ability to multi-task, remain organised and have a structured approach to your work High degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail Experience utilizing multiple systems and databases Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision Ability to work to deadlines and have a can-do attitude.
