We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Consultants to join this dynamic Call Centre team located in state-of-the-art offices in Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and positive work environment where you can grow and develop your career with a national financial services firm ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking dedicated individuals for multiple permanent roles starting on Monday, 22nd July 2024. You'll work on-site located a short stroll from Parramatta station but can also enjoy the flexibility of working from home 3 days per week once the training period ends. Please note that the training period runs for 4 months and will be full-time in the office from 8.45 am to 5 pm Become part of a cohesive team that operates in a work environment unlike the conventional call centres or contact centres. While the tasks you'll handle share some similarities with those in traditional settings, working within our close-knit team offers a unique and rewarding experience, offering great customer service to inbound callers. There are two shift options detailed below. Please be prepared to select a preference: Please note the base salary is $57,000 super with shift loading on top. This means you will earn between $63,000 - $67,000 super per annum. If you choose the rotational shift option your potential earnings will be higher. Option A - Rotational Shifts 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday with a shift every second Saturday (7.5 hour days) Shift Times : 7:45-16:00, 8:15-16:30, 10:45-19:00, 12:00-20:15 18% shift loading on top of base salary Option B - Fixed Shifts 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday (7.5 hour days) 9.5% shift loading on top of base salary Shift time: starting from between 8.30 am to 9 am DUTIES Must be available to start on Monday the 22nd of July, 2024 Must not have any holiday in the 3 month training period ( 22nd July to the end of October) Manage a high volume of inbound calls Update and maintain databases Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone Deliver top class, timely customer service Handle challenging customer conversations with confidence BENEFITS 50% subsidy on Health Insurance Extensive training and career development opportunities An extra day off for Family & Friends Day Hybrid working arrangements for better work-life balance Health and wellbeing programs Recognition programs to celebrate your achievements In summary, we are seeking candidates with similar experience who can thrive both within a team and independently.
