Your Mission Propeller prides itself on delivering a delightful experience to its customers and our product design team is essential to this. This is an opportunity to lead a team that is vital to delivering the design experiences for a major part of our product. You'll report into the Head of Design and will be parachuting into an existing team of Product Designers, providing them leadership and guidance as we improve our design processes and systems. You'll also be hands on with parts of the product as well, ensuring that you have an opportunity to still utilise your individual design skills. You'll be designing solutions which improve the way our users interact with their data processing systems, ensuring that as our customers scale, they are able to be more in control of their data and usage. This role will best suit an individual who has managed people in the past or led a small team which delivers high impact to customers. You're a natural collaborator that can bring people together and align many teams and people to a unified goal. Your Skills You're an experienced Product Designer with a desire to lead people and roll up your sleeves to deliver high quality work. You've had previous leadership experience and a passion for team and process improvement. You're a great communicator and can bring people together through natural storytelling. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues of all levels. You have hands-on experience working on a scaling SaaS product and can bring a fresh perspective to our current problem set.
