Customer Service Representative — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

THE ROLE Join our dynamic customer service team where you'll handle predominantly inbound calls with the occasional outbound campaigns in a contact centre environment, assisting callers with a variety of queries such as updating information, and account inquiries. Additionally, you'll process inbound forms and update online documents as part of correspondence duties. The best part?
