The role: You will lead a team that is primarily responsible for reviewing documents and providing advice to help bankers deliver exceptional service to NAB's customers and in line with NAB's risk appetite. You will be accountable for the creation and ongoing monitoring and reporting of the Legal Services Strategy and goals. You will also be responsible for: Managing a casual workforce to assist in peak periods of processing, including recruitment, supervision and approval of timesheets. Escalation of work by providing a filter to ensure complex enquiries from the team are reviewed prior to escalation outside of the Legal Services Team. Assisting the Delivery & Change (D&C) Manager to create the D&C Team strategy. This will include agreeing and documenting clear accountability for support and priority of the activities within the plans and strategy. Proactively manage risk and compliance, perform controls and escalate events when required. What you will bring: Demonstrated previous leadership experience, in particular a casual workforce during peak periods by empowering growth and fostering an inclusive culture. Demonstrated experience in shaping business strategy, preparing plans for delivery, analysing data, and confirming objectives are met. Strong problem-solving capabilities to manage complex enquiries with relevant lawyers and key stakeholders Knowledge of information management systems, workflow tools and process documentation standards and tools used in Legal Services include: Neota, Sharepoint, Teams and Power BI.
