Join our friendly supportive team in our West Lakes Store Casual position | 39.60 p/h July 31st commencement Your new opportunity Reporting to the West Lakes Shop Manager you will provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets together with: Ensuring quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions. Being the first point of contact for our members and potential customers. Utilising procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members. Becoming multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service. The role will be commencing Wednesday 31st July which will include 3 weeks full-time training of system and product knowledge. About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: Ability to build rapport with members and teammates. Team player with the willingness to learn and grow. Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Proficient with the use of computers. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
