You will be rotated through various facets of the business, to gain a holistic understanding of how it runs. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. Address inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Sales Support : Assist in developing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Maximise margin opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Data Analysis: Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer service.
