Major construction rollout project requires multiple Office Administrators to assist with general administration & project coordination - Immediate Our Client is a major top tier construction business that operates nationally. They have recently secured a major government rollout project that covers the Melbourne Metro region. The project will be managed out of the head office located on the edge of the CBD in Melbourne. As it's a Government-funded project there is a significant amount of administration required so they are looking to employ up to three (3) office administrators to drive/assist with the initial stages of the project and then throughout delivery. The roles will liaise between the projects' stakeholders and be focused around documentation, general coordination, setting up procurement & supply chain channels, organising purchase orders, safety documentation etc. strong computer skills and high attention to detail. It is computer based compiling basic content and pulling together a compiled document of multiple pieces of information. The successful candidate/s will be employed on an hourly rate ($38 - $40 per hour which is including super, depending on previous experience) on a contractual basis for a minimum of 4 - 6 months (with possibility of ongoing employment). They will have had previous administration/office support t experience, experience working within the construction industry would be a bonus.
