The Operations Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our warehouse operations. Description Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5 warehouse and parts staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and effective communication with our dealer network, acting as the primary contact for placing, processing, and communicating orders. Parts Management: Maintain complete ownership of parts management, overseeing inventory control, distribution, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to dealers. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes, continuously seeking ways to improve operations and reduce costs. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate open communication with various stakeholders, including internal teams, after-sales service team, and HQ, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to warehouse operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies. Technical Proficiency: Utilise industry-related software and tools proficiently to manage warehouse operations and maintain accurate records. Profile Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a focus on driving team performance and fostering a positive work culture. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry management, product knowledge, and parts distribution. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer usage and industry-related software. Stability: Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with a track record of long-term commitment and career growth. Job Offer Working Model: Full-time position, 5 days per week in the office.
