About the Company Join a thriving, mid-sized, law firm specialising in the area of personal injury. The firm and partners have been recognised by Doyles as leaders in their fields. An exciting opportunity has opened for an outstanding legal secretary to join a hard-working but close-knit, friendly team, working one on one with a solicitor specialising in workers compensation. About the Role Prepare, format, and file legal documents; Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible; Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances; Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including handling confidential and sensitive materials; Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including preparing and sending invoices to clients; and Diary management. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in workers compensation or personal injury; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software; Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Strong written and verbal communication skills; High level of attention to detail and accuracy; and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
