Warehouse Coordinator — Perth CBD, Perth

The purpose of the role of the AHS Warehouse Co-ordinator is to ensure a well-organized parts store for AHS Installations and Breakdowns. This will require managing the efficient flow of inbound goods, tracking flow of outbound parts, staging installation kits and ensuring Kit completeness, initiating warranty claims and parts replacements and re-ordering workshop consumables. This role requires some quick decision making, and working under pressure, as well as following administrative procedures and using required inventory management systems. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing repeated outstanding service. Manage customer expectations in regards to pricing and delivery times by using effective communication. This may involve dealing with conflict and disgruntled customers at times. Assist in growing the revenue in the region by communicating with your direct supervisor and manager about any potential growth areas you may identify. Maintain a well organised parts store, dealing effectively with incoming and outgoing goods, to both internal and external customers. Record keeping to required standards using nominated systems Raise warranty claims with the required details Raise parts replacement requests with the required details Maintain Install Kits - check completeness on arrival and action any issues, ensure kits are ready when needed according to the schedule. Re-order consumables required by the workshop to ensure continuous supply Warehouse Cleanliness and ensure warehouse and stores are organised and well presented Requirements: Forklift ticket C class (manual) driver's license Previous experience in a similar role Able to work independently as well as in a team Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society.
