Customer Service executive — Alexandria, Inner West

Our client that specializes in industrial and electrical products is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team This role will require to provide an exceptional level of service to established and prospective customers relating to all company products. You will assist customers in understanding our products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels. Also responsible for delivering an effortless customer experience with emphasis on Premier accounts by ensuring all customer requirements are completely met through proactive communication, high quality service and by being customer focused. To contribute to achieving the company sales objectives through value added activities. Key Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of telephone calls and email queries daily Answer incoming customer enquiries and requests for information. Maintain customer satisfaction. Managing sales targets and KPIs, focusing on Premier accounts. Generating and qualifying sales lead opportunities for profitable growth. Delivering sales, leads, margin growth, insight, and contact acquisition through telephone conversations. Coordinating face-to-face visit requirements. Handle customer data and information with confidentiality. Maintain accurate records within the database. Skills/Experience The customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for the organisation. Therefore, it is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honest, fairness, sensitivity, and dignity.
